Shipping & Returns

Please allow for at least 24 hours for your order to be process and dispatched (Excluding Weekends and Australian Public Holidays).

You will receive an email to confirm your order and then a second email to confirm once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk and promo folders. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All our items are shipped from Australia.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to the current pandemic. The timeframes are only estimates and we apologise in advance if your delivery has been delayed.

Once your items are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

​

Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been shown to be delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost of stolen packages;

Australia

​

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your Sendle Tracking number. 

​

We estimate you to receive your items in 4 - 6 business days once posted. This is only a guideline and we cannot be held accountable for delays due to the delivery service.

​

International

​

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your Australian Post Tracking number. When your order reaches the destination country and clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider.

​

International shipping typically takes up to 10 - 28 days to arrive. This is only a guideline and this does not take into account parcels that may be held up in customs.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Once your tracking number has been supplied, your purchase has been dispatched and the shipping address cannot be changed. Orders that are returned due to an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped.

Your purchases are precious and the parcel can sometimes require a signature on delivery. So when possible, list an address where someone accountable will be present to sign.

​

Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox and arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. 

​

If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection promptly, the parcel may be returned and you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your item/s.

​

After the order has been shown as delivered to the stated shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide exchanges do, but if you have any problems with your items, please feel free to contact us at bestwishesbluebell@gmail.com. We are always happy to help!

SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?

We aim to get it right the first time so we inspect each product at least 3 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at bestwishesbluebell@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
